📦 General Return Guidelines
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

📹 Unboxing Requirement: To protect both our customers and our shop, we kindly require a clear, continuous unboxing video of your package. This video should show the shipping label, the opening of the package, and a full inspection of the garment(s) before they are worn. Please send this video to us via our official Facebook page, facebook.com/happynestmnl, if you believe an item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
📏 Returns Based on Fit
If the clothing you purchased does not fit as expected, we are happy to assist you, provided you adhere to our strict timeframe:

⏱️ 24-Hour Return Window: Requests for returns due to fit issues must be initiated within 24 hours of the package being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

✅ Authorization: Once we approve your request, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

💸 Refunds & Exchanges

🚚 Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
