Thank you for shopping with Happynest Manila! We are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping options and policies below.
🚚 Delivery Options & Couriers
We offer two primary methods for delivery to best suit your needs:
1. Standard / Nationwide Shipping
• Courier: J&T Express
• Availability: All serviceable areas across the Philippines
• Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 5 Business Days
2. Same-Day / Express Delivery
• Courier: Lalamove, Grab Express
• Availability: Within Metro Manila only
• Estimated Delivery Time: Same day (Cut-off times apply, see below)
⏳ Processing & Delivery Timelines
1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed and prepared within 1–2 business days.
• Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and national holidays.
• Orders placed after our cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
2. Standard Shipping (J&T Express)
• Metro Manila: Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after the order has been picked up by the courier.
• Outside Metro Manila (Nationwide): Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after the order has been picked up by the courier.
3. Same-Day Delivery (Lalamove / Grab)
• This option is available exclusively for deliveries within Metro Manila.
• Orders must be placed and confirmed by 2PM for same-day dispatch.
• The shipping fee is calculated and shouldered by the buyer upon booking. We will coordinate the booking details with you after the order is processed.
📸 Commitment to Quality: Photo Confirmation
We take great care in packaging your items. To ensure transparency and the safe arrival of your order, we always adhere to the following:
We will send you a confirmation photo of your complete order and the packaged parcel via Messenger @facebook.com/happynestmnl or instagram /happynestmnl before it is handed over to the courier. This allows you to verify the condition and contents of your package prior to shipment.
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the courier tracking number and a link to track your package online.
📝 Important Notes
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, courier scheduling, or high-volume seasons.
• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or return costs. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
• Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, its transit is the responsibility of the logistics provider (J&T, Lalamove, or Grab). We will, however, assist in coordinating any tracking issues with the courier.
